Gjenåpning av lokasjoner i Agder League

Ettersom Regjeringen har besluttet å begynne gjenåpningen av landet, så vil vi tilrettelegge for fysisk spilling i AL. Reglene som gjelder fra fredag 16.04.2021 sier at:

  • «Arrangementer som samler personer fra ulike kommuner, anbefales utsatt eller avlyst».
  • «Maks 100 personer på arrangementer innendørs hvor alle i publikum sitter på faste, tilviste sitteplasser (nytt)».
  • «Arrangøren skal iverksette tiltak for å ivareta krav til avstand mellom deltakere som ikke er i samme husstand på arrangementer der publikum sitter på faste, tilviste sitteplasser. Om det er nødvendig skal det benyttes vakthold for å sikre dette».

For spilling i AL, så betyr dette at:

  • Vi må holde oss innenfor kommunegrensene. Det betyr at det kun er folk som bor i Kristiansand som kan spille på Folkebiblioteket og på Outland.
  • Det er maks 5 spillere + DM per bord.
  • Du har avmeldingsplikt ved antydning til koronasymptomer. Mer om dette finner du ved å trykke her.
  • Spillere må melde seg på til sin DM, via kalender på vår hjemmeside.
  • Før og etter spilling sprites og vaskes hender godt.
  • Bordene skal være rigget før spillingen begynner.
  • Alle deltakere sitter på faste, tilviste plasser med tilstrekkelig avstand.

VIKTIG:

Det blir slik ting er nå, ingen «minglepause». Sosial omgang med spillere utenfor eget bord er ikke tillatt. Vi tillater heller ikke spising ved spillebordet (inkludert snack). Drops, tyggis, drikkeflaske med kork/lokk er tillatt.

For rollespillere:

  • Før spilling:
    • Forberedelse:
      • Gjør deg kjent med spillereglene til Adventurers League. Ta kontakt med din DM om du lurer på noe, eller du trenger veiledning til å lage godkjent karakter.
      • Sørg for at du har med nødvendig utstyr: Pen eller blyant, karaktér ark, terninger og dine egne ressursbøker (Players Handbook og lignende).
    • Påmelding:
      • Påmelding koordineres av den enkelte DM, gjennom kalenderen.
      • Påmelding er bindende, og må skje senest 24 timer før spillet starter.
    • Sikkerhet:
      • Du må sprite og vaske hender godt ved ankomst.
      • Bruk munnbind i offentlige rom.
      • Hold alltid tilstrekkelig avstand til andre spillere.
      • En vert følger deg til din henviste plass, på bordet til din DM.
  • Under spilling:
    • Hold tilstrekkelig avstand til dine medspillere.
    • Unngå berøring av andre spilleres eiendeler, som for eksempel bøker og terninger.
    • Dersom DM eller vert ber deg forlate spillet på grunn av brudd på våre retningslinjer eller anbefalinger, må du forlate arrangementet. Du er da velkommen tilbake ved en senere anledning, forutsatt at du er villig til å følge rammene vi setter for smittevern

For Dungeon Masters:

  • Før spilling:
    • Forberedelse:
      • Vi anbefaler enkeltstående AL godkjente eventyr fremfor kampanjer.
        • Gjør deg kjent med ALs regler. Mer informasjon finner du her.
      • Kontakt Agder League styreleder, for å booke et bord i kalenderen.
      • Gjør deg kjent med hvem som er vert på din lokasjon for gjeldende spilledag.
        • Verten vil være ansvarlig for å tilse at regler og rutiner overholdes, og har anledning til å bortvise spillere og DMs som ikke forholder seg til disse. Et godt samarbeid med verten er forventet av alle DMs.
    • Påmelding:
      • Du må sørge for at alle spillerne bekrefter at de har lest og forstått våre retningslinjer og anbefalinger for fysisk spilling under pandemi, og at spillerne påtar seg ansvar for å overholde disse, og konsekvensen for brudd på disse.
      • Du kan du ha 3-5 påmeldte spillere på ditt bord.
      • Ved stor pågang, anbefaler vi at du lager en venteliste for evt avmeldinger.
      • Du skal føre en liste over navn, telefon og adresse for dine påmeldte spillere. Denne listen leveres til din vert i god tid før spilling. (Avtales med vert)
      • Spillere som ikke er registrert i vertens liste, vil ikke kunne slippes inn.
    • Møt opp i god tid.
      • Sprit hender ved ankomst.
      • Det er ikke tillatt å mingle eller ha sosial omgang med andre spillere eller DMs i forkant av arrangementet, så lenge du er i spill lokalene.
      • Sette opp bord og stoler
        • minimum 1 meters skulderavstand.
          • Outland DMs: Bruk 4 bord, og fordel 6 stoler med god avstand.
          • Bibliotek DMs: Bruk 3 bord, og fordel 6 stoler med god avstand.
        • Vask over bord med sprit før spillerne ankommer.
        • Gjør klar bordet ditt for spilling.
    • En vert følger enkeltvis dine spillere til ditt bord, hvor du allerede er klar og venter.
  • Under spilling:
    • Sørg for at spillere og du overholder alle retningslinjer til Agder League, og vær oppmerksom på spillere som er i fare for å bryte disse.
    • Påminn slike spillere om konsekvenser ved brudd på Agder Leagues retningslinjer.
  • Etter spilling:
    • Dersom du planlegger ny session neste uke, informer om at spillere må melde seg på.
    • Vask av bord og stoler med sprit etter spillerne har forlatt bordet.
    • Rydd bord og stoler på plass, slik det var da du kom
