Lords’ Alliance, eller The Council of Lords, er et samarbeid mellom herskere i Faerûn, stort sett de nordligste territoriene. Waterdeep og Baldur’s Gate er av de største medlemsbyene, men byer ned til de minste landsbyer kan anse seg som deltagende. Hver leder setter oftest sin og sitt folks velstand først, men ser verdien av å støtte de andre medlemmene for felles framgang. Agenter er alt fra standhaftige paladiner til slue trollmenn og karismatiske bards. De er stolte av å slåss for tryggheten til folkene de representerer, men kommer ikke alltid overens med andre medlemmer fra “rivaliserende” byer.
